100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We make it a point of honor that you are fully satisfied with our work. If the lyrics of your song do not suit you, we promise to offer you a new version. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do everything possible to offer you a pleasant experience.
Delivery terms
The delivery of the song, text or video is carried out exclusively electronically (email), after selection of the formula, completion of the questionnaire and validation of the payment. The delivery date will be defined by mutual agreement between the Customer and www.creation-chanson.fr by email.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the prompt receipt of the requested information. In the event of a delay due to a lack of response or information from the Client, DJ BenF Création cannot be held responsible for the consequences of this delay. In particular, for the writing of the song, additional information may be necessary to personalize the text. If this information is not provided within the time limit, this may result in a delay in delivery. No refund request will be possible in this case.
Delivery of photos for the video
For videos including photos, we ask for the rapid transmission of the 4 necessary images. If these are not received within the agreed deadline, the delivery time of the video may be impacted. DJ BenF Création cannot be held responsible for a delay in this case and no refund will be made. We therefore advise you to send us the photos as soon as possible to avoid any complications.
Modifications
Once the order has been validated, modification requests must be made as soon as possible after the order. We recommend that you carefully check the details before validation in order to guarantee a service that meets your expectations. Once the service has started, substantial modifications cannot be made without additional time and an adjustment of the costs.
Music and video
DJ BenF Création uses professional mixing software for the creation of music and videos. Although we strive to meet all expectations, we cannot guarantee that the final product will be 100% right the first time, especially when it comes to music and video editing. No refund or voice re-recording requests can be made if the final version does not exactly match your expectations. However, we remain open to constructive feedback to propose adjustments where possible.
Photo slideshow
To ensure quality editing, the Client must provide good quality photos, in JPEG or PNG format, and numbered in the order desired for their appearance in the video. No request for revision of the video will be accepted without prior payment. If you wish to discuss additional details, please contact DJ BenF by email or phone before proceeding with the order.
Song language and translation
The songs are performed in French, but upon request, we can offer a translation into other languages. Please let us know your preference when ordering.
